We opened in 2018 with a simple goal: bring more options to shops across the Northeast, backed by people they could count on.

A new option
for the Northeast.
New England Transmission Parts started in 2018 to give shops another place to turn for transmission parts, supplies and support. We wanted to bring more choices to the region and build relationships that went beyond taking an order.
That meant being here for all shops—dedicated transmission builders, general repair shops and the teams keeping their customers on the road. Whether you rebuild transmissions every day or need help finding a complete unit, you deserve knowledgeable people who take the time to help.
We owe our growth to our loyal customers. Thank you for being part of our story.

In 2020, we joined forces with Whatever It Takes Transmission Parts (WIT) to bring more of what they offer to shops here in the Northeast.
That partnership gave us a broader parts network, more sourcing options, technical knowledge and industry connections to draw on. From rebuild components and torque converters to reman units, performance parts, fluids and tools, it gives our customers more ways to get the job done.
Our goal has stayed the same: keep the personal service of a local, family-owned business and put stronger resources behind it. You have a local team to call, with people and experience behind us.

Robert “Bob” Smith
1947–2021
Our history is about more than when we opened our doors or the partnerships we’ve built. It’s also about the people who mean the most to us.
My dad, Bob Smith, lost his battle with ALS in 2021. This video brings together family memories and the everyday reminders of Dad that mean so much to me. I’m proud to share it here as part of our story.
